Chace your dreams: Bienvenidos a Colombia

Hey, dreamers! Today I officially start "Chace your dreams" serie of posts about places in the world I'm dying to visit. Travelling is my biggest passion and something that will certainly be my hobby or even my job in the future. Can't wait!
First post of this serie it's about Columbia, country in the north of South America, probably known to you by drugs, criminal and dangerous life in general. Here I'm presenting to you Columbia and its positive sides - there's a lot of them. I'm fascinated by this country, its people, language and tradition.
People say that Columbian people, especially, women are the most beautiful in the world. They are also, like all the other latin people, always ready to party and have fun without thinking about tomorrow, that's why Columbia is the perfect destination for relaxing and partying.
I hope one day I will get the chance to visit this incredible country, it is one of my greatest dreams and I'm definitely going to chace it!

Bogotá is the capital of Colombia, and also it largest city. It's very urban and full of interesting places and sights.

Barranquilla is one of the largest cities, it is situated on the coast of Columbia. The most popular Columbians, Shakira and Sofia Vergara were born here.

                                                          Amazing Cartagena

                                                            MedellĂn: Pablo Escobar's city

Santiago de Cali is one of the most popular cities for tourists.

Playa del cristal is a perfect beach - paradise on the Earth

Beach in Santa Marta

SELVA COLOMBIANA

This is the wild side of Columbia. In selva is very difficult to survive, but the nature is just breathtaking! Exploring this area would be a real challenge and extreme adventure.

Huge luxurious house in the middle of Columbian selva - I would love to be accomodated here enjoying wild and enchanting Colombia!

Westward Ho! Beach: Our Atlantic Heaven

Hey, guys! We know it's been a while since our last post, but we had too many obligations at school, unfortunately. But, we promise to keep posting at least once a week, so you can keep up with us, our trips and places we recommend you to visit.
Currently in Belgrade is very rainy and grey, so we deciced to post about our favorite summer paradise in England. Westward Ho! is a beautiful large beach near Bideford, Devon (you can see our post about it here). It's a really peaceful place where you can enjoy the scent of the Atlantic Ocean and the colors of its restless waves.
There is also a village named Westward Ho!, near the beach. The village name comes from the title of Charles Kingsley's novel Westward Ho! (written in 1855), which was set in nearby Bideford. The book was a bestseller, and entrepreneurs saw the opportunity to develop tourism in the area.
Nowdays many English people who can't afford to go abroad for a holiday come to Westward Ho! and also visit nearby towns in Devon, like Bideford or Barnstaple.
We really loved our time spent there. We had a photo session while paddling in the ocean, we were reading and having heart to heart talks. It was an amazing day and we really miss it.
Hope you'll love the pics!

                                                                                  Reading, reading...

Winter Memories: Enchanting Bled

Hello, dreamers! The school has started and I don't have anything to study yet, so I passed my afternoon seeing some photos from my winter holiday. I went to Bled, small town in Slovenia with a huge lake named also Bled. It's beautiful and not so far from Belgrade, only five hours by car. It's very convenient cause it's a half an hour from Austria and Italy so it's made for going shopping.
You can go to Bled at any time of the year, it's just magnificent! When I was there it was snowing so the whole area was covered by a thick layer of snow. It was magical. I can't really make up my mind when it's the best time to go to Bled, but I recommend you to go there and enjoy beautiful landscapes and amazing nature.
I hope you'll enjoy the pics!

The enchantig view from my hotel room

A mall across the road of my hotel.

                                                                   When it wasn't snowing

Some pics of the lake at spring or summer:

Belgrade Nightlife: Angie's B-day!

Hello, guys! We're pretty sad because school starts tomorrow, we've had the best summer ever and we simply don't want it to end. Obligations, homeworks, studying and getting up early are waiting for us. However, we had an amazing party last Friday night and it was a special occasion, too - Angie's sweet sixteen. She invited her closest friends at Mixer House - the cutest night club in Belgrade - and had so much fun.
In Belgrade there are a lots of cafes, discotheques and night clubs. You can find a great place with any kinds of music in every part of the city. It is one of the most famous capitals by its nightlife. We are very lucky to live here! So, if you ever come to Belgrade you just have to go out somewhere and experience our clubs and people partying. You can find more information about Belgrade nightlife here
